Reclaimed Oak Coffee Table
Designed and built a 4’x3’ reclaimed coffee table with 2” thick oak wood and brazilian cherry wood trim. Dark reddish brown epoxy fill large worm holes, that can be seen throughout the entire piece. The wood has been wire brushed, sanded, cleaned and stained with golden pecan stain and finished with multiple coats of water-based matte finish polyurethane. Supporting the table are two custom-fabricated square steel U legs with adjustable feet.

The clean straight lines and smooth surfaces of the reclaimed wood and rustic metal showcase a strong presence, grounding the piece in it's environment.

The sharp mitered corners of the Brazilian Cherry wood trim gives the oak top an ideal balance of rich beauty and proven durability. The wood deepens significantly to an exquisite deep cherry brown as it ages.
